In order to provide a greater opportunity for more people to present at the conference, CIEES 2026 offers you variety of options to register and to present your work:

1. All prices are in Euro.
2. The conference fee includes the opening ceremony and welcome cocktail, full access to all technical (oral and online) sessions, exhibition area, coffee breaks, lunch and dinner, printed conference program, publication of one paper in conference proceedings and conference kit (conference bag, badge, booklet, pen, and other related objects).
3. Additional pages (more than 6 A4) are subject to increased costs, which amount to 10 EUR per page. 
4. Each additional paper will be charged with 195 EUR.
   
5. Each registered participant may present no more than three (3) papers.
6. Author registration is compulsory for proceedings. In order to be included in the CIEES 2026 conference proceeding, an appropriate author’s registration and payment for each accepted paper must be received by November 10th, 2026. After November 10th, 2026 registration payments will be not included in the conference.
7. *IEEE membership proof required
8. **PhD students must prove their status. The reduced fee is only applicable if the attendant (presenter) at the conference is a PhD student himself.
9. ***BSc and MSc students must prove their status. To use this reduce registration fee all authors must be BSc or MSc students.
10. Accompanying person fee: 215 EUR.
    
11. Design/format of the article according to the template: 50 EUR.
12. Multiple authors who are attending the conference must register separately, and those who are not presenting should register as accompanying persons.

1. Fill the Registration Form (Click form). The registration form will be available on October 20, 2026. You will receive a confirmation letter including bank transfer information (bank account number, IBAN, etc).
2. Participants who need an invoice corresponding to the payment of registration fees must indicate it through the Registration Form. The invoice is created manually, and will be sent as a pdf attachment by e-mail, usually a few days after registration. 
3. Transfer fees and bank charges are participant‘s engagement. Bank fees should not be “shared”. The participant/payee is responsible for any bank charges/fees associated with the payment.
4. Make the payment for the registration fee by Bank Transfer, indicating as concept your PaperID and Surname.

• Payment by wire transfer only. Payment in cash will not be accepted.
• Transfer fees and bank charges are participant‘s engagement. The sender must pay all appropriate wire transfer charges in addition to the registration fees. Bank fees should not be “shared”.
• Make the payment for the registration fee by Bank Transfer, indicating as concept your PaperID and Surname.
• Please, note that the paid registration fee is non-refundable if you cannot attend the conference or your paper is declined for publication by the Publisher.
  
• As it is mandatory for CIEES conference, we will implement a strict “No Show No Publication” policy, meaning that accepted papers that are not presented at the conference will not be published afterwards in the conference proceeding.
