Fill the Registration Form (Click form). The registration form will be available on October 20, 2025. You will receive a confirmation letter including bank transfer information (bank account number, IBAN, etc).
Participants who need an invoice corresponding to the payment of registration fees must indicate it through the Registration Form. The invoice is created manually, and will be sent as a pdf attachment by e-mail, usually a few days after registration.
Transfer fees and bank charges are participant‘s engagement. Bank fees should not be “shared”. The participant/payee is responsible for any bank charges/fees associated with the payment.
Make the payment for the registration fee by Bank Transfer, indicating as concept your PaperID and Surname.
The participants from Bulgaria must pay the registration fee in BGN!
