Prepare your PowerPoint presentation
Prepare your presentation using CIEES 2024 conference template in PPT/PPTX format. All videos/animations in the presentation must run automatically! We cannot provide support for embedded videos in your presentation; please test your presentation beforehand and ensure that it runs smoothly prior to your paper session.
Oral Presentation
CIEES 2024 have been allocated 10 minutes of effective presentation time, plus up to 5 minutes given to Q&A. You must prepare your presentation to convey your message in a clear and concise manner strictly adhering to the time limitations. The presentation should include an outline of the key principles, methods and results. More detailed discussions can continue during the breaks.
Online Presentation: Record your own presentation video

Important: Your video-presentation should be .mp4 video file with length between 10 - 12 minutes.
Upload your presentation no later than: November 10, 2024
Upload your PowerPoint presentation or video-presentation, sigh up in the CIEES CMT conference system:
You should be able to find the Action: Upload Supplementary Material. Use this link to upload the slides you’ve used and the video you’ve made for your talk.
Important: The file size is limited up to 100MB, but we recommended to be less than 50MB
Web-conferencing platform
During the online conference, we will use ZOOM for all conference sessions and meetings. More information about Zoom instruction you can find at: Zoom instructions for online participation
IMPORTANT:
All times are presented in Eastern European Time (EET), so be careful in the recalculation to your national time zone. Know the session and schedule to which your paper(s) is assigned.
Know the conference room of the session to which your paper is allocated.
Make sure you enter in the Zoom virtual room 10 minutes before the start of your paper session and introduce yourself to the session chair.
